Graffiti is always vandalism 

2. What reasons does the author use to support the claim?

- Graffiti is something that one celebrates, if one is juvenile enough to do so.

- Graffiti’s most salient characteristic is that it is a crime

- No institution that has celebrated Graffiti in recent years — like the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles or the Museum of the City of New York would allow its own premises to be defaced for even one minute.

- Graffiti is committed without permission on another person’s property, in an adolescent display of entitlement.

- John Lindsay, the progressive New York politician who served as mayor from 1966 to 1973, declared war on graffiti in 1972

in the end, the author says that there is nothing "progressive" about allowing public amenities to be defaced by graffiti and tagging shows that an area is dominated by vandals who may be involved in other crimes as well.

If you don’t eat breakfast, you might gain extra weight. This is because eating breakfast jumpstarts your metabolism (how your body breaks down food to use as energy).

When you skip breakfast, your metabolism slows down and you might be sick.

consclution : 

It’s important for your family to model healthy eating behaviors and not skip meals. If your family eats breakfast every day, the children are more likely to eat breakfast every day too. Breakfast the most important meal of the day to keep energize us throughout the day.

 A : There are different perspective which id pros and cons, if we look from pros perspective graffiti makes art when it is drawn well and where it should be, from the cons perspective grafiti is vandalism because graffiti includes the defacing, scratching, tagging, writing, drawing od the symbols or the placing or materials onto any surface,without the property owner permission.
